Community Sari - Flat Brim Hat

This hat is upcycled from an Indian sari—a woven fabric traditionally worn by women as a symbol of femininity, dignity, and grace.

The sari this hat is made from was gifted to us by a dear family friend who is gregarious, loving, and easy to connect with.

The fabric features stick figures holding hands in a row reinforcing the power of community and a strong support base.

Because these hats are made from a single sari, there are only a few of them on earth, and each piece is slightly different from the other.
