This hat is upcycled from an Indian sari—a woven fabric traditionally worn by women as a symbol of femininity, dignity, and grace.
The sari this hat is made from was gifted to us by a dear family friend who is gregarious, loving, and easy to connect with.
This cap features a muted, earthy-toned design with intricate, geometric patterns reminiscent of ancient Aztec art. The subtle gold-on-gray detailing on the crown evokes a sense of history and mystery, while the black suede-like brim adds a modern, grounded contrast.
Because these hats are made from a single sari, there are only a few of them on earth, and each piece is slightly different from the other.
